She offers a grounded, structured space to help you restore balance, clarity, and connection. She also works with women navigating perimenopause, offering support around the emotional, physical, and relational changes that emerge during this stage of life.
Michelle provides affordable couples counselling, helping partners communicate more openly, rebuild intimacy, and understand their deeper patterns using principles from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method.
